To satisfy the
most demanding requirements, as a natural
completion of the sprocket carrier range,
the HQ series has used machined billet aluminium
and precision lathe work on the contact
surface areas to guarantee an optimal contact
between the sprocket and the sprocket carrier
with perfect perpendicular angles between
the axle and the sprocket.
The range is available in 25 mm, 30 mm,
40 mm and 50 mm versions.

The perfect design
and execution of the Free Line sprocket
carrier is in order to align the sprocket
with the drive sprocket. After the initial
aluminium casting it is taken and successively
machined on the contact surface areas.
Available for axles of 25 mm, 30 mm and
40 mm diameters the sprocket carriers have
been put through a series of treatments
giving and external polished finish with
an anti corrosive protection for the long
term preservation of the sprocket carrier.
