In the context of the company organization, the role played by competitive activities is a fundamental asset in the service of our customers. In fact, the track is the site of the most effective testing for every Birel kart. Thanks to the work of Birel Motorsport and the principal Junior Birel teams which compete in international programs, each technical component is transferred to standard production only after it has reached a degree of optimum yield from both the point of view of reliability and performance. The races also provide our company an important return in terms of image: sports success is fundamental in terms of the market and the Birel emblem has been established over the years precisely thanks to the international titles it has won. And from this point of view, the 2003 competitive season was extremely rewarding and satisfying. In international competitions we have been able to express a very high technical value also thanks to the important work carried out by our principal partners. But, out of all of them, the contribution of TM, which has provided us with very competitive engines for both the 100 and 125 categories, has been determining and extremely valuable. But even Bridgestone and Vega have assisted the respective drivers of our teams to perform better. This publication is also intended to be a tool for thanking all the teams and Birel drivers who have successfully participated in the various competitive programs, contributing in an important way to making our brand even more precious.
