The Birel Companies

Birel Spa is the parent company of a number of subsidiaries or shareholding companies involved in related sector activities. Some companies such as Birel Pacific have mainly commercial responsibilities and were set up to handle strategic markets in a more effective and organised manner. Other companies, instead, were set up to best rationalise operations in some specific sectors. This is the case of the Racing Department managed by Birel Motorsport. Considering the importance of the sports sector, both in terms of product development and product image, setting up an independent company structure has proven more organisationally effective and dynamic. Birel Service was also established for specific requirements such as aspects tied to communication, sponsorship management and shareholding in other companies. The most recent company founded is Racing Tyres & Parts, which exclusively imports Bridgestone tyres for karts to the Italian market, and markets karting components. The Birel Group also includes a communication agency that operates in event organisation and management, company incentive programmes and real estate.
