24 HOUR KARTING

THE 2007 EDITION WILL BE HELD IN JESOLO ON THE WEEKEND OF 31ST MARCH.

Coordination Sport Event (Gruppo Birel) has officially presented the 9th edition of the 24 Hour karting Endurance, which by now has become a classic rendezvous of national karting. The event, which will be held on the weekend of 31st March – 1st April, will again take place on the Azzurra track of Jesolo (Ve) which, since 1999, has hosted seven editions of the karting marathon. Following tradition, the organisation will offer the participating teams an ‘all inclusive’ package which, as well as the kart, will include all spare parts, all consumables (petrol, tyres, etc.), sport licences for neophytes and complete technical assistance. The latter, which will be supplied by the prestigious technical staff of Birel Motorsport, together with the highly efficient karts used, are the event’s flagship. 32 teams will be allowed to take part and registrations will open on 1st February 2007. The participation cost has been fixed at 400 Euro each. The karts used feature 4-stroke engines specifically prepared by Birel in order to guarantee an effective compromise between performance and safety, making them fun for the most experienced drivers but also safer for beginners. Taking part in such an extreme and riveting event represent a rendezvous any kart and engine enthusiast must experience at least once in their life. The organisation has also prepared a ‘Company’ package, aimed at those companied wishing to take on the track customers and employees. Among the services on offer are the camper in the paddock and the supply of custom-made technical clothing.
