PRIZE-GIVING CEREMONY FOR BIREL’S PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY –
SATURDAY 1ST DECEMBER
BIREL GROUP’S
END-OF-YEAR PARTY WAS A GREAT SUCCESS
More than 450 guests were
present at the annual prize-giving ceremony, which was held
at Paladesio, just round the corner from the factory.
For the Birel group the annual
end-of-year prize-giving ceremony represents an important
occasion to meet and thank all those who helped and the drivers
who, in their respective roles and activity segments give
a major contribution to the company’s success.
The party has become a more and
more important event for Birel’s management and has
been growing each year involving all the representatives of
the firm, from the drivers and the engineers of the racing
team to the external teams, the importers and the drivers
of the Endurance races and the single-brand Easykart Trophy.
Some of the company’s superintendents,
from production co-ordinator Carlo Rigamonti to Carlo Boscolo
(Engine division), to the persons in charge of marketing and
administration also stepped on the podium to collect their
awards.
The evening also offered a good
opportunity to thank the group’s partners and sponsors,
as well as the press of this sector.
For the 2nd consecutive year the
event was held at Desio’s Paladesio, just a few kilometres
from the company’s headquarters and saw the presence
of 450 guests.
The dinner was catered by the staff
of the salami factory Beretta and some musical entertainment
was also provided.
Oscar Sala, chairman of Birel,
commented:
”we were very proud to see
such a large crowd, as this represents our whole world: from
our commitment in top karting to the Endurance sector and
the promotional Easykart Trophy.
Likewise we are very pleased to
be able to reward the people in charge of our firm, our importers
and our external teams; Birel owes its success to their valuable
work.
The evening is also a pleasant
opportunity to meet our partners and the press of this sector
away from the frenzy of the racing season.
We feel honoured by the fact that
this event is becoming increasingly popular in our sector;
we therefore feel that we can no longer do without it." |
